Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped to the destinations listed above, with no minimum purchase. Any shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) before your order ships. Orders are shipped internationally, from China, to the United States.

Delivery times

Free Standard Shipping: orders typically arrive within about 6 to 12 days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods may affect delivery.

Order tracking

When tracking is available for your order, we will send your tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Orders ship from China. Depending on current US customs rules, import duties, taxes or fees may apply to international shipments. If you have any question about this, please contact us at contact@sarelo.fr or via our contact form.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@sarelo.fr or via our contact form with your order number, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After checking the tracking information with the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a refund. For damaged items, please include photos (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
