2. Products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. The essential characteristics of each product, including materials where specified, are described on its product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal. Express checkout options such as Shop Pay may also be offered at checkout when available. Orders placed on our US store are charged in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders affected by an obvious error, in which case any payment will be refunded.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sarelo.fr or via our contact form, with your order number; if the cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return procedure described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We may cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing error, as described in section 3, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

7. Warranty

We do not offer any additional commercial warranty on our products. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security, or with the rights of others.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sarelo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
